How long will my album last?

Saudade albums are printed on 200 gsm high-gloss paper (Hardcover) or matte/satin paper (Layflat), with a premium hardcover finish. The albums are built to be kept and passed on for years to come.

Can I preview my album before printing?

Yes. Everything is reviewable in the editor before you place your order — layouts, captions, colours, cover and spine text. What you approve is what we print.t

What if I'm not happy?

If there's a printing or production issue with your album, get in touch and we'll make it right. As each album is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Do I need design skills?

Not at all. Choose your cover, upload your photos, and our AI designer arranges everything into a layout in seconds. Every element is fully customisable from there. No design experience needed :)
